How to export your data from Trustpilot

Trustpilot Business has no single 'export all data' button — you export service reviews and your product catalog as separate CSV files from the dashboard, plus aggregate rating/analytics data as a separate CSV from the Analytics section.

Step by step

1Log in to Trustpilot Business
2To export reviews: go to Manage reviews > Service reviews > Inbox
3Click 'Export' in the top-right corner
4In the dialog box, select a Date range, or click Custom > Date to set a custom range and click Apply
5Click 'Download .csv' to download your service reviews as a CSV file
6To export your product catalog instead: go to Manage reviews > Product reviews > Product catalog and click 'Export in CSV' at the top-right
7To export ratings/analytics data: open the Analytics dashboard and click 'Export' in the upper-right corner to download a CSV

What the export includes

✓Service reviews (all reviews, or filtered by date range) exported as a CSV file
✓Product catalog data (products/SKUs) exported as a CSV file
✓Analytics dashboard data — service review ratings and related metrics over a chosen period, exported as CSV

What it doesn't include

✗No single combined export covering reviews, catalog, and analytics at once — each is a separate CSV
✗No documented export of company profile settings, widget/integration configuration, or invitation sender settings
✗Reviewer email addresses are only visible by clicking into an individual reviewer's profile in the dashboard UI (and only if you invited them) — not confirmed as a column in the CSV export itself
✗Third-party/imported product reviews and any photos or attachments on reviews are not documented as included in the CSV export

Before you start

⚠There's no bulk 'export everything' option — reviews, product catalog, and analytics must be exported one at a time from their own pages
⚠The service reviews export is date-range based; if you want a full historical export, make sure no date filter (or the widest possible range) is applied before exporting
⚠If your product catalog is populated via an e-commerce integration, API, or AFS structured data snippet, manual edits (and re-imports) can be overwritten on the next sync
⚠Some Analytics dashboard breakdowns are gated behind the Enhance Add-on Module, so not everything on that dashboard may be available to export on every plan

Can I export all my Trustpilot data in one file?+

No. Trustpilot's dashboard has separate export buttons for service reviews, product catalog, and analytics — each downloads its own CSV file, not a combined export.

What format does Trustpilot export data in?+

CSV. All documented exports (service reviews, product catalog, analytics) download as .csv files.

Can I export reviews for a specific date range only?+

Yes. When exporting service reviews, you choose a Date range in the export dialog, or set a Custom range before downloading.

Will the CSV export include my customers' email addresses?+

This isn't confirmed in Trustpilot's documentation. Email addresses for reviewers you invited are viewable by clicking into their profile in the dashboard, but it's not documented whether that's a column in the exported CSV.

Can I export my product catalog and reuse it elsewhere?+

You can export your product catalog as a CSV, but if that catalog is fed by an e-commerce integration or API, manual re-imports elsewhere won't stay in sync with Trustpilot automatically.

Do I need a paid plan to export data from Trustpilot?+
