Step by step

1Log in to Justworks as a Company Admin.
2For payroll/time data: go to Company > Reports > Reporting by Justworks, pick a report (e.g. Custom Payroll Report or Hours Worked), set the date range (or leave the year-to-date default), filter/sort the results, click 'Export' in the upper-right corner, wait for it to generate, then click 'Download' to get a CSV.

4For headcount/compensation trend charts and custom report tables: open Analytics (Beta, opt-in), use the Report Builder with filters, date range, and columns, then click 'Download' on a table for CSV/XLSX or 'Download chart' for a PNG.
5For paystubs: open the Documents Center (or Payroll Reports), select Paystubs/Payroll Documents, filter by employee, pay period, or department, and use the bulk-download option to get a ZIP of PDFs for a pay period or for offboarded employees.
6If your company files EEO-1 or state pay-data reports: once the data collection period closes, download the formatted demographic/compensation export from the Reporting tab.
7If you're on Justworks EOR: open any finalized international invoice and click 'Download CSV' to get line-item payroll/tax data.
8Repeat exports for each pay period, template, or report type you need — Justworks generates and downloads reports one at a time, not as a single bulk archive.
