What to expect
The cancellation flow in the Calm app takes about a minute. You'll be shown what you'll lose (daily meditations, sleep stories, etc.). The discount offer typically appears on the screen right before final cancellation. If you accept, your subscription continues at the reduced rate for the next billing cycle.
